Very relaxing & quiet retreat. Stunning views of the lake & a warm fire to snuggle up to in winter. Bed was super comfy with good quality linens. Kitchen had a huge range of dishes/pots/cutlery which made making meals a breeze. There were a few ants so keep your unsealed food in the fridge. The TV is in one of the bedrooms but we didn’t miss it. Highly recommend.

Thank you for a great stay Angela! The house was super clean. 15 mins outside of Rotorua (and doesn’t have the sulphur smell that you will notice in the town). Nice and warm, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need.
